TanghalanLAHI 2011

The alliance consists of provincial, regional and ethno linguistic organizations based in the university. Spread throughout the year are activities that aim to immerse college and high school students and young professionals alike to the diverse culture of the Philippines, all the while promoting camaraderie and nationalism. 

In line with the celebration of its 36th anniversary, UP Sanlahi Alliance will be hosting Tanghalanlahi 2011. Tanghalanlahi is participated by provincial, regional and ethno-linguistic organizations in University of the Philippines Diliman. Each organization will be represented by two members who will partake in Mr. and Ms. Sanlahi as they showcase the culture from their respective province or region. The garments and talent numbers to be presented will be based from their respective homeland. 

This event aims to expose the viewers to the different cultures of the Philippines; not only through the contestants, but also through performances by invited performing organizations. 

Venue: Abelardo Hall Auditorium, College of Music, University of the Philippines Diliman.
